We understand that your business is unique and our approach will always be entirely personal to you. We do however have a few simple requirements which will ensure that you get the absolute best from your design package.

We would love to hear about you and your business. Whether you are just beginning or have an entire rebrand in mind, drop us an email and introduce yourself. We will then ask you a few simple questions to give us a greater understanding of the design services you need. Examples of these questions can be found over on our FAQ page.

Inspiration


We are here to make sure you and your brand are represented in the best possible light. Take a look at what inspires you about other businesses. Perhaps it’s the clean aesthetic of their website or the style of photography which captures your imagination. Gather as much inspiration as you can from wherever you can and send it over to us.

Quotation


Once you have outlined the services you require and we have a really good idea of what you need, we can send you a quotation. Our pricing structure will always be clear and transparent with zero hidden charges. At this stage we will request a 20% deposit to secure the design process.

Design


Once we are happy that we can fulfil your requirements we will begin crafting your design package. This process will vary depending on the services you require but we will always keep you regularly updated with ongoing proofs and drafts sent via email. Please also feel to pick up the phone and have a chat should you wish to make more specific amendments.

Feedback


Honest feedback is crucial to the way we work. It is vital that we have a good understanding of what you need so that we can move things forward in the design process. Once your design drafts have been forwarded to you we ask that you drop us an email with your likes, dislikes, tweaks and amends within 7 days. This gives you a good opportunity to take a thorough look at things and be sure we are all on the right track.

Payment


When the necessary amendments have been made and you are completely happy with our work, we will send you an invoice for payment. Payment for all of our services must be paid within 30 days of receiving your final invoice via bank transfer.
