We would love to hear about you and your business. Whether you are just beginning or have an entire rebrand in mind, drop us an email and introduce yourself. We will then ask you a few simple questions to give us a greater understanding of how we can help and whether we are the right people for you. Have a quick look over on our FAQ page if you need a little more insight into what we do.
Through our bespoke brand consultations we can ensure that you and your business are beautifully represented. You will get the chance to meet us both and we will spend the time discussing your vision and listening to what inspires you. Using our creative eye for detail, this meeting will later allow us to create a range of moodboards to bring your business to life. We offer all our brand consultations via telephone and email so please don't worry if you are based out of the area.
Once we have met with you and discussed the creative services you require, we can send you a quotation. Our pricing structure will always be clear and transparent with zero hidden charges. At this stage we will request a 20% deposit to secure the design process.
After spending the time getting to know you, we will begin crafting your design package. We ask that all photography and wording for the site be forwarded to us within 14 working days so that we can fully dedicate our time to your project. We aim to complete our web design packages within 30 days of receiving the deposit but will always keep you informed should we be unable to fulfil this expectation. We are passionate about ensuring that this stage is a shared process and encourage our clients to pick up the phone and discuss changes as we move along.
Honest feedback is crucial to the way we work. It is vital that we have a good understanding of what you need so that we can move things forward in the design process. Once your design drafts have been forwarded to you we ask that you drop us an email with your likes, dislikes, tweaks and amends within 3 working days. This gives you a good opportunity to take a thorough look at things and be sure we are all on the right track.
When the necessary amendments have been made and you are completely happy with our work, we will send you an invoice for payment. Payment for all of our services must be paid before websites can be sent live and prior to logo designs being used on social media platforms.
